Shipping

Because all orders are made to order, all orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks of the purchase date.

Domestic Shipping: 

USPS First Class Shipping is FREE!

International Shipping: 

International Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Note: Please note that The Clay Shopp is NOT responsible for international packages that have been held by or lost by your country's local customs office.  

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Please note that The Clay Shopp is not liable for missing packages marked as 'delivered' that are either misdelivered by the post office or due to theft on your property. Thank you for understanding.

Refunds 

After your order has been processed through USPS postal carriers and has provided you with tracking information, The Clay Shopp cannot be held liable for any shipping issues such as delayed delivery, lost items, or stolen items from the postal service. The Clay Shopp will not be able to provide refunds for any of these issues.

In the unlikely case that you are dissatisfied with your pieces upon opening, please contact us through email a contact@theclayshopp.com and we will try our best to handle your concern. If you wish to carry out a return, once the order is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued.

Returns

Buyer must pay return shipping if a return is requested. Please contact The Clay Shopp within 7 days and ship it back within 14 days of delivery, in the unlikely case that you are unsatisfied with your item upon arrival.
